You can tell by the picture that I lost nearly 1K steps when I synced my Fitbit Charge 2 to the Windows app.
I already googled the problem and found that most people who lose steps are manually logging steps.
I do not manually log activities or steps. I've found that since I've started running that I lose steps when I sync.
I'm using a bluetooth dongle, Windows 10, and Charge 2.
You will see that I lost nearly 1K steps on sync.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there any remedy?

Hi @hmrambling, it's always nice to see your friendly face here. Thanks a million for the amazing job finding possible solutions for your Charge 2. The picture was of great help, thanks again!
We appreciate the time you've taken to report this. Those are too many lost steps, it's a shame since I know how hard we need to exercise to get that number and every step counts. In this case, please perform a restart on your Fitbit and let's keep an eye on it for the next days. We need to confirm that this is working properly. I don't think that this related to the platform or syncing device you're using to connect though.
BTW, I've also moved your post to the Charge 2 board to keep the Forums organized.
Let's give it a try and please keep me posted.
