I've had my Fitbit for about 2 weeks and have recorded sleep stages (R.E.M, light, dark, awake) every day. However this morning my sleep only shows sleep pattern (asleep, restless, awake). My husband is seeing the same issue on his device. We both have a charge2.

Fitbit suggest there are a few reasons this can happen:
"WHY DON'T I SEE SLEEP STAGES TODAY?
There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:

None of these scenarios apply. Batteries are charged, we haven't used the "begin sleep now" and fitbit is worn in correct position on the wrist. Also the same problem is happening on 2 different fitbits. These suggestions seem to be the standard reply when anyone posts issues with sleep stages.

They are the standard reply. It's always a good idea to check the basics before assuming there is an issue.
If they don't apply to you then you can contact customer support via this link:

My Iphone app was showing no valid sleep data despite resyncing but could see it on the MAC. Discovered that closing the app and then restarting solved the problem and all was revealed.

This did not work for me (iPhone7-plus ios13.3).
Also does not display on my MacBook pro.
Can only see sleep quality no matter what I try.
Any ideas are welcome!
