I was talking with someone on the chat support funktion and when the chat suppport couldn't help me the chat funktion just "disapeared"!?!? But my problem still remains and I have a malfunctioning Fitbit within the warrenty time and No one will help?

@IsabellMoves - I’m not sure why chat disappeared but if you are in the US, you can tap here for other options besides chat. If you are not in the US, please tap Help at the bottom of the page for options in your country.
