Why doesn't my.fitbit charge 3 register my.miles

@Kaiarchiejensen Can you be more specific?  What phone do you have?  Do you see the miles on your Fitbit but not in the app?  Can you provide screenshots?

On a run or bike ride or walk..I dont even get a picture of my route..I used to but not any more and I've not changed anything I do
