Hello @Dianecats and welcome to the Community.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  You are describing an app issue.  You might get more help if your post gets moved the appropriate app forum.  Also, your RHR is shown in a few places.  It's below your live heart rate in the heart rate tile on the Today screen, in a graph when you tap on the Heart Rate tile, on every daily record, and in your Health Metrics.  Is it missing on all of them or some of them ?
