Why is "settings" greyed out?

I am trying to download my Fitbit data into an Excel spreadsheet.  Usually I go to "Settings" and export the data.  Settings is greyed out, so I can't select it.  What is going on?  Thanks,

Are you still logged in? Sometimes fitbit logs you out. 

 

You could try going direct to the export screen via: https://www.fitbit.com/settings/data/export

Thank you. I was able to figure it out. It worked on the web version on my pc, but not the app version on my pc.  Thanks again for your reply. Cindy
