Why only Resting Heart Rate showing in App

My Fitbit is working fine. I am able to get my current active heart rate on my device.  My eyes are not great so i prefer to get this information on my iPhone in the app.  I have the Heart Rate Stat installed but it only shows my resting heart rate.  Is there a way to switch that over to Active heart rate? I used to be able to turn off and back on All Day Sync to get Active to show up but that is no longer available.
