Why won’t the heart rate info connect to Strava. I’ve tried disconnecting both from fit bit and Strava, and reconnecting. But when I try to connect heart rate to Strava it’s not having it. Very frustrating

Hi @Davidhart13 , Nice to see you here Thank you for your message. 

 

Please keep in mind that only activities with GPS data will be synchronized between Strava an Fitbit.

Make sure that you activated the option in Strava to enable HR, it's under Settings/Data Permission (on Strava app or dashboard www.strava.com)

Hi thanks for the reply.

Surely any exercise on done on Strava with gps turned on would give you heart rate readings then. But it doesn’t that’s the problem. It picks it up on Fitbit but not on Strava

@Davidhart13 Can you check on web? I just notices that even in my case the HR doesn't appear in app but only in the web dashboard (speaking of Strava). By the way I use Polar, not Fitbit to track my sessions so it seems more a problem of Strava.
