Will I lose my Charge 4 data if I don't sync?

If battery dies and steps aren’t registering, can the data be recovered? IE. steps, calories burned, mileage, etc.

Hi there, @kcmagg. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.

Regarding your inquiry, please note most Fitbit devices store up to 7 days of detailed minute-by-minute data. If you wait longer than 7 days before syncing, you may only see the most recent week's detailed data. Summary data (calories, distance, steps, and floors) will be stored for 30 days. Since your Charge 4 measures heart rate, summary heart rate data will be stored as well.
