Trying to find where to download the web app for Windows 7. All the links keep directing me to an the Windows App store that says "Not compatible with your device"
Anyone have a download link?

As I wrote in my original post the site for download is in its entirety: http://fitbit-connect.en.lo4d.com/. The site does work and works well. It downloads the necessary software without a hitch. In checking it I can find no virus as the site also claims. And, yes, you need to have the dongle for it all to work. I'll leave it to you to decide where to get your dongle; I got mine at Amazon to make it easy and simple.
There are other sites where you can go to download the software including:
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/Miscellaneous/Fitbit-Connect.shtml
http://fitbit-connect.findmysoft.com/
And if you don't like these secondary sites simply go to: https://www.fitbit.com/setup and you'll get the same software for windows and/or mac.
Enjoy

I made the download on the following link:
http://fitbit-connect.en.lo4d.com/download/mirror-ex1
I installed and it seems to work; however, withou dongle, it's not possibile to connect the FitBit watch.
Now I'm waiting for the wireless key to verify the proper operation.

I'm please that you were able to download and successfully install the
software. Once you receive your dongle everything should be copacetic.

Be careful about newer Fitbit models and Windows 7. My Fitbit HR (which comes with the dongle you need for Windows 7) died after 8 months. Since it was under warranty, I was given the option of getting a replacement or getting half off a Charge 2. I chose the latter option after checking with Fitbit support that it would work with Windows 7 and the HR dongle.
It turned out that it did not work. Any attempt to activate the Charge 2 caused the Fitbit application to crash. After several software updates, I was told the problem was known and it would be fixed soon. I was also told my problem was "elevated" and I would be contacted by someone from a higher tier of support. That was 18 months ago and nothing has happened yet. The Charge 2 was a complete waste of my money.
I did end up buying another Charge HR, without any change to the software or dongle, it activated just fine. However, as of this week, it no longer holds a charge (been using it daily for 14 months). As many people have lamented, the battery is soldered into all Fitbit models, so if the battery wears out, the Fitbit is useless.

I would be extra careful of running windows 7. MS has declared that it is impossible for them to make this version secure, implying that the user needs to depend on 3rd parties for security. It is also considered the most insecure, and still the most popular OS found on the web.

There is an app for Windows. It's at the bottom of this page: https://www.fitbit.com/setup

You need the usb dongle to sync your Fitbit. If you have that, I can post a link to the Fitbit Connect setup file in my Dropbox.
