Wiping the Floor?

Hi community, I'm moving from a Charge 3 (which counts floors) to an Inspire 3 (which doesn't).

What happens to my historic data once I sync the new device to the app?

Will I lose my previous history? Or does it remain as a tile, but log a 'zero' forevermore?

(And is there any other unsupported features, which prior data disappears for?)

Hi @b1arney when you get a new device on your existing account, you just continue the journey with your history going forward. Your floors would still show up as part of your past, but it wouldn't continue since the Inspire 3 doesn't have a tile for floors. I use the dashboard on the Fitbit website and my floors from my retired Blaze show up. I haven't worn it since May 2018 and just checked to see they are still there. When you go to the dashboard, go to log and activities. Select floors and you'll see them.
