With Premium, Will Charge 2 Measure HRV?

I just started  Premium plan yesterday and had the Health Metrics tile on my app this morning. But I had no data in the Breathing Rate or Heart Rate Variability sections. Do I need a different device to get HRV data?

I don't think the Charge 2 has the supporting software.
