Won't hold charge and time is off

Last week I noticed my fitbit was needing to be charged much more frequently.  It eventually wouldn't last a day.  I noticed one of the green blinking lights was out even while it's charging.  The last time it charged the time was 45 mins off.

I tried cleaning the sensors with a qtip and rubbing alcohol and drying with a soft cloth... no luck.

I would like to know if you had check this helpful article about how to maximize the battery on your Charge 2?

 

About the green blinking lights I recommend you to restart the Fitbit.

I have restarted my  fitbit since it stopped to charge and hold the battery. Nothing happened, the battery hold for 10 min, where should I take my fitbit to fix?

Thanks for the info.  I will give this all a try.

I've reset it per instructions, but still only have one green light.

I've sync'd it, and will see how long the battery lasts today.

I wear it everyday and normally charge it about every 3-4 days, but as I've said, it doesn't make it through one day anymore.  I'll see what happens this time.
