I've tried all the usual tricks - restarting, turning on and off device and phone, connecting by charging cable, etc and I cannot get the bluetooth to connect. The battery is also winding down very quickly the past week or so. Last night it randomly connected long enough to synch, but this morning it's not working again.
Now it's showing a time 11 minutes behind the time showing on my phone.
I'm frustrated! Any other ideas?

Is your tracker still connected to your Fitbit account?

So randomly I was able to get it back again - synching and has the right time...I have no idea what made it work as I kept repeating things all morning.
But I can no longer see what’s on the tracker unless I push the button on the side. Tapping it or just raising it isn’t working. Where’s the setting for reading it when you raise your arm?
