Earlier this year my charge 2 stopped receiving call/text notifications from my samsung galaxy A8. I tried all the fixes advised - nothing worked. Kept saying that tracker couldnt pair with my phone and tracker doesn't show up on phones bluetooth list. Tracker still records steps etc and syncs ok, but when I try to carry out the firmware update, a white circle with a black exclamation mark keeps appearing on tracker screen. I have uninstalled and installed the app again, logged out of account and then back in, forced stop of app, rebooted phone etc etc.This is so frustrating! Basically, the tracker seems to have become almost obsolete, even though it is still supposed to be compatible with my phone - still two years to run on phone contract so REALLY frustrating!

I too am having the same issue. And the last two weeks my battery is dying in 2 days instead of the week that it has been. Just as frustrated
