My Charge 2 is having the same problem and I have gone through all the steps to try and resolve it. Any other suggestions besides the FAQ page?

Hi @JS21 same as above. Which phone ? Sometimes a phone isn't compatible and still will let you sync.

I have an IPhone 8 and it was paired/synced up with my Charge 2 until a week ago now nothing.. Charge 2 doesn’t show up as a device in my Bluetooth options and I’ve cleared all data off my phone of my Fitbit

I have contacted Fitbit as I’ve got the same problem. Since my iOS update on my phone my charge 2 and phone won’t sync. It says no device found. Fitbit said they were trying to sort out the problem but so far it’s still not working. So annoying.
