Charge 2 worked on Samsung Galaxy j3 prime stopped syncing. Recieved replacement. New one dont pair.. 

Someone help please...

Hi @slcheney63, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Since this phone model, the Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime isn't on the list of compatible devices, I'm afraid that it is normal that you experience setup/syncing issues. The Samsung Galaxy J3 is compatible, but not the Prime model. However, you can give it a try on the tips in this help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? I can't guarantee that it'll work but give it a shot.

My fit bit is a alta I'm having issues with it even getting connected to my samsung j3 bluetooth, and it is now apart of the compatible devices.
