The past few weeks my Charge 3 won't vibrate to let me know I have a call. I've reset the bluetooth on my phone and it's showing it's connected but still not showing this. Any thoughts what else I need to do. My Charge 3 is less than 6 month old

Are you still getting phone alerts? Have you checked your permissions and settings? Often permissions may get reset with a phone update and sometimes with an app update.
Not knowing what phone I can only suggest Fitbit help. http://help.fitbit.com/?q=notification
