Won't show calls coming in

The past few weeks my  Charge 3 won't vibrate to let me know I have a call. I've reset the bluetooth on my phone and it's showing it's connected but still not showing this. Any thoughts what else I need to do. My Charge 3 is less than 6 month old

First thought 

• If asking about the Charge 3, would you like me move your post out of the Charge HR board, I suggest a better place would be the Charge 3 board. 
• Do you have notifications enabled on the Charge 3? 
• May I ask what phone you have if the previous question is yes? The issue would then be on the phone.

Yes it is the Charge 3 and you can move the post. I’ve always received the phone alerts on my phone so yes they are enabled, i’m not sure what has happened since I haven’t done anything differently.

Are you still getting phone alerts? Have you checked your permissions and settings? Often permissions may get reset with a phone update and sometimes with an app update.
