I charge it to 100% and put it on, shortly after it’s dead again.  It won’t hold a charge

I did it with a chat, and was told I am out of warrant, and they would give
me a 30% discount on anew one

Thanks Tammy. The chat function is unavailable. I emailed them but they responded saying email support is no longer supported. Very disappointed.

My third Fitbit (Charge 3 this time) is also failing to keep a charge. I'm disappointed that they won't stand behind their products.

I have not received any feedback about my problem. The battery drains
really quickly and this problem just started this week. No warning. Is it
related to the recent update or poor design of the Charge 3?

Thanks.

It has drained completely several times and I've recharged it only to see
it drain in a very short time. It's fully charged now (8:55am MST) on
November 5, 2020. At 4:40 pm it's 74%.

I have fully charged it in the evening, worn to bed and it was drained when
I awoke.
