My. Charge 2 will not sync with my new phone, which is an upgrade of my old one. (Motorola) I keep the old one around just so I can sync my Fitbit. I'm at a loss. Thanks.

It might be that there is a connection to your old phone that's blocking the connection to your new phone. On your old phone go into the bluetooth settings and remove any link to the fitbit then try syncing again on your new phone.
