Won’t sync with new phone

I got a new iPhone 11, I cannot get it to sync to show me text messages. I am tech savvy and usually can figure these things out. Not this time.  I have reset everything I can think of, turned on/off Bluetooth, even factory reset the Fitbit. And synced again. And still will not show text messages on the change 2. It will remind me to get up and move.

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

Hello @Samantha1012 your title mentions sync, but your message is about notifications.

You mention a factory reset, this will not fix notifications, but it has removed the tracker from your Fitbit account.

 

Have you been able to add the Charge 2 back to your Fitbit account?

 

For notifications, we have to look at permissions in the Fitbit app, your phones notification center and maybe the phone settings?
