I was given this for my 40th birthday 3 years ago and never turned it on. Now I’m getting into fitness I’ve finally got it out of the box to find it won’t work. I’ve charged it and managed to pair it with my phone and update it but only while it’s on the charger. As soon as I take it off the charger, I only get a blank screen... can you help? I’m gutted and thought I was going to finally put it to use...

Hi @Furutera the warranty period begins at the date of purchase and not when you start using it. Anyway, did you wake up the screen? Look at Page 12 of the user manual on how to wake it up. You'll find the user manual and related help articles here - click to go there.
