Have used Fitbit charge 3 for 15 months with no problem. Now screen doesn't come on when turn wrist and notifications alerts have stopped. Have read other posts and refers to turning off silent mode which I don't have on Fitbit or on app???. Any suggestions?

Screen could be you accidentally have 'Screen Wake' turned off or are in 'Sleep Mode'.  With also lack of notifications implies it is probably in Sleep Mode.

Check these both in Quick Settings by holding in button a few seconds.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you. I had sleep mode turned on which I must have done accidentally. Sorted now👍
