Hi! I had my Charge 2 for 7 months or so, the band started popping of and know it falls off all the time. It is still under guarantee

Check underneath on the side that keeps falling off..you'll notice a small crack in the plastic.. I know this because I've had it replaced before and now the replacement has also cracked again...frustrating
