Hi, I am new to the fitbit experience. I have just recently purchased a fitbit and I've heard that when you rotate your wrist, the screen comes on. When I rotate my wrist, the screen does not come on. Is there anything I can do to make this work? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This worked, hold button for 2-3 seconds, turn on screen wake (which turns off the DND or Sleep funcitons). Mine was on sleep mode.

Thank you for the information. If you have a Fitbit Inspire HR, I'd like to let you know that you can adjust your screen wake setting. To change this, press and hold the button, and swipe left to access the quick settings screen. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
I also recommend visiting the Inspire HR manual to get more information. On a side note, if you have any other inquiries or questions about your Fitbit device, I recommend posting them in a new thread in the Inspire & Inspire HR board to keep our forums organized.
