I contacted Fitbit support via Twitter yesterday to complain as my Charge4 is only just over 1 year old. They were very efficient and dealt with my complaint very quickly, giving me the option of a 50% discount on a different Fitbit tracker device or a free replacement Charge4. I chose the replacement option and am awaiting delivery. I am very impressed with the after sales support offered by Fitbit and will update when my new Charge4 arrives.

Hi @AilishOC your post was moved to the Charge 4 area. When your new one arrives, set it up as a replacement on an existing account so you can continue adding to the history.

My fitbit charge 4 is less than a year old same thing happened. I did contact fitbit via the chat and was told I can also either replace the charge 4 or upgrade with 50% off. However, I have yet to receive the email and I contacted them twice regarding this. I was told they'd send it promptly, and still no email 2 days later. Very disappointed as I need my fitbit for work.

I had this problem. Screws had sheared off. Called them, sent them pics, they sent me a replacement piece (they did offer 50% off a new one too which I declined). Found it wasn't a new replacement though. Packaging (high came from Holland) was showing as refurbished, country of origin was shown as Vietnam.
