My Charge 4 wristband leaves a gap between the tracker. I notice it when I bought it but it didn’t bother me too much as I reckon it was because the strap was a little stiff then. It’s starting to detach itself in the past few weeks. I never had this problem with my charge 3 and I read in another forum it seems to be a common problem for Charge 4. Any idea what I can do? I’ve had this for close to a year.

Mine recently just broke right off. I think it is a common problem. I went to chat support on the website... uploaded some pics... and they are sending me a new one for free.

I take it that you were within your warranty period?

Thanks everyone for the advise and replies. I’d contacted the customer support and received a replacement tracker today but this unit is worse - the bottom portion is faulty and a gentle tug detaches the strap fr the tracker. Was told to send this back and it takes 7 business days for item to reach the service centre for assessment. The band detached itself during a workout on my original tracker last weekend and it cant be used at all now so actually don’t hv a tracker to use at all now.Wondering if I’ll be better off getting a brand new charge 5. Anyone knows of any common issues faced with that model?
