Hi! I ordered a new fitbit for my dad and got a large leather band to go with it (he’s had fitbits since they first came out and has always been a large) but this band is too big for him! I was wondering if there’s anyway I can swap to a small of the same band? 
Has anyone had this issue and had it resolved?

If you purchased the Band and Charge 4 on the online Shop, you could contact Support, so that they can check your options with them. 
Please have at hand the order number and email user to place it.
