Just in the last couple of weeks, I've noticed that when I receive a phone call it isn't showing up properly on my fitbit. It is showing the name or phone number of the LAST call i received, not the current call. How do I fix this???

Same issue here. For some reason, the Charge 2 will not show a number, or name of a contact in my phone, it just shows "unknown". I've done all the hacks suggested here but nothing has helped. Being able to see who is calling was one of the reasons why I chose this device. Is it time for me to consider another??

I found a solution that is working for me. In the app click on my account, then the device, then notifications. Under advance settings make sure the "enable transliteration" is turned on. I've been seeing phone numbers and messages since I did that.

The same thing is happening to me (showing name for wrong caller)! And yes it has been maybe the last 2-3 weeks now. Has anyone replied or have you figured out how to fix it?

This is happening to me too. My text messages also stopped displaying. When I get a text it only buzzes and tells me who it is from, but the message does not display. This is very frustrating!

This is also happening on my charge 2 and my mom's alta.
For weeks it said my dad was calling no matter who called, now it says my mom is calling.
For my mom for awhile it said I was always calling, then it changed to my aunt.
We've updated the apps on our phones, restarted our devices. Nothing helps.

No solutions yet, but there are others who are posting that they are experiencing the same thing.

Sorry but referring to the phone as "phone" is not helpful in knowing what type of phone. Do you all have the same Operating system on your phones?
