Wrong name showing up for who is calling

It has happened a couple of time now, my Fitbit will show that my daughter is calling, but when I go to answer my phone, it's someone else, it's not just her contact that this has happened on. I have had it to where it's not even a number in my contact list, but my Fitbit came up with a name from my contact list.

Hi @LisaE1967 . I have a couple of suggestions that may help snap everything back into sync.

  • Make sure your phone’s OS is up to date. Same thing for your fitbit app. 
  • Power your phone off completely. Wait a few minutes then power it back up.
  • Restart your Charge 2. Then sync it to your phone. 

Hopefully that will resolve the problem. Please let us know.

My Fitbit also shows wrong caller name. Will try this, thank you. Hope it works. Also sometimes actually shows previous caller.
