Zone Minutes don't match!!!

Hope I can explain this correctly.  My husband and I both have this issue with two separate Charge 4's on two separate accounts.  Every day, I see my Zone Minutes on my watch and it matches the upload to my phone.  However, when I look at the dashboard on my computer, it has a totally different number!  This is what uploads to my employer for my health care rebate, so it's very important to me.

For example, my watch showed 41 zone minutes yesterday, and that's what the phone app shows.  My dazhboard on my computer shows 34 zone minutes.  Three days ago, I show 28 minutes on the watch/phone, and the dashboard shows 45.  So it is not like there is some different calc happening, because sometimes it's higher and sometimes it's lower - but it should at least be the same.

Can someone else with a Charge 4 check to see if your phone app and computer app are showing the same number?

Charge 4 and phone app show Zone Minutes.

If you will read the label carefully, you will see the Fitbit.com dashboard shows 'Active Minutes' which Fitbit used to use and are generally easier to achieve !

I expect this comes from Fitbit not putting as much effort into the fitbit.com dashboard as the phone app, but some people like it this way, i.e. people who were upset by the change to Zone Minutes still have a way to see their Active Minutes.

See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

OK, certainly confusing...  since I am tracking one thing on my wrist and then reporting a totally different thing to earn my $$ off from my company, through HealthyRoads, which is a Fitbit partner.  Ugh.  Thanks for the explanation - guess I will need to pay more attention to what is on the computer each month...
