Hey my Charge 4 , Zone minutes are not working anymore, I have none when I used to have alot

Hi @55Bar59,

 

I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but I do know that Zone Min. are based on your heart rate during your exercise.  In the past, the threshold was it had to be above a certain BPM for 10 min in order to start getting Active Zone min.  I do not know if that is still true.

Called fitbit it had something to do with e DO not disturb, I think I had to turn it off, but thanx
