I have a fitbit that broke after just over a years use.   the electronic part works but the band broke.   Imagine that.   Anyone know a good reliable and supported product other than fitbit.   I am completely done with a company that can't support its products

Since it has been three years since the Charge HR has been made @xandr2 which model do you have? 

If it is a Charge HR, Amazon sells a kit to fix the band.. The newer models all have replaceable bands.
