automatically showing time when tipping my wrist toward my face at eye level is not working anymore.

Received my new watchband for my Fitbit Charge 3  and installed it effortlessly.  Time is not showing when I raise my wrist to eye level and tip my wrist toward my face.  How can I get this feature to return??

Hold in left "button" a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
