They first appeared on my Charge 3 a couple of months ago & have tried all the suggestions for rebooting, restarting, etc. & they still won't go away.  I got it in August 2019.

got mine in Dec 2019 and in March started having black lines across the top its hard to see the time and month and I have tried everything
