black line on top of screen

I got my Fitbit in Dec2019 and in March, black  lines on top and its hard to see the time and date and now it is moving down to the middle of the Fitbit

@monicadefoster If you've already tried restarting the device and changing the clock face and you're still having screen issues, I'd advise you to reach out to Customer Support for further guidance.  Best of luck!
