I have the same problem with a Charge on the iPhone8, iOS 12.
After sending a sync number, it gets stuck in "Connecting to Fitbit".
The device has been operating normally for a few weeks.

Hello @lcozac thanks for joining us, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I appreciate you have joined the conversation and let us know about this issue. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to try the following steps:

  1. Restart your Charge and leave it plugged in and charging.
  2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  3. Restart your phone.
  4.  Try to set up your Charge again:
    1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
    3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
    4. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Give this a try and let us know the outcome. Happy stepping.

Troquei de celular e voltou à funcionar. O problema, não sei porque, é no aparelho anterior (Galaxy A8+). A especificação do bluetooth é a mesma, mas agora funciona.
