Can someone explain how the macronutrients are calculated. When I look at the app on my phone the protein grams are higher than the fat readings. However, the fat shows a higher percentage. For example: FAT 35% (63 g) PROTEIN 26% (103 grams.

@mchalej That 35% fat says that 35% of your total calories came from fat. Likewise, you got 26% of your total calories from protein. But fat has 9 calories per gram and protein has 4 calories per gram. Carbohydrates also have 4 calories per gram. If you do all the math, you will get your total calories per day. If you tap on the Learn More next to the Macronutrients, you will go to a Fitbit Blog page with more information about counting macros. I hope this helps.
