My Charge2 went into call display mode when my paired Android phone rang but the call display is frozen with the name of the last incoming caller and the telephone symbol.   How do I fix this?

Mine has been doing same for about 2-3 weeks now.

How do I report this to a Fitbit helpdesk? Surely, there must be a way to reboot a Charge2 watch unit.
