can not reply to text messages on Charge 3. I read previous post that this was to be corrected in the Fall of 2019. I have an Iphone IOS 13.3. Any help? thx

Your correct, Apple blocks 3rd party apps from responding to notifications. 

Basically Apple knows what's best for their users.
