cannot sync charge 2 to laptop after mobile app stopped working

can I ask for some help, as I cannot sync my charge 2 to anything at the moment, so its got wrong date and time and cannot save my data. I had Samsung note 3 or 4 when I got fitbit, downloaded app, started using and all well. no problem with using laptop either. Then the phone started playing up so got a Huawei which is not compatible with fitbit app. I thought I could use laptop instead to sync.but as fitbit was already set up previously and I was trying to get the app to work (not realising there was compatibility problem) I was advised to delete the phone on the Bluetooth on laptop, and start again. the app won't work and now the Bluetooth won't see the fitbit, and the usb connection doesn't do anything. any advice what to do?

@pwilks Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing with your phone and computer. Which phone are you using? Even if your phone doesn't show as compatible that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Try also these steps to sync your device with your computer.

Let me know how it goes!
