You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?
The other thing that affects the time is the timezone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

I'm having the same problem. The date is correct, but the time is not. It's 3 hours ahead of what it should be. The timezone is correct on the app. I also checked the timezone on the dashboard on the website, and it is correct as well. I've synced it several times. I've deleted the app, reinstalled it, synced it with the device, and get the same thing.

Correction, now not only is the time still wrong, but the date is now a day ahead of what it should be. I've synced it several times, unistalled the app, reinstalled it, and tried syncing again. Nothing seems to fix this.
