my screen is only showing "today" activity and there is no button or way back to the dashboard. I researched on line, hit my profile pic, charge 3 etc. there is just no way to get my dashboard.

Hi, @ElzaRod are you talking about on your Charge 3 or on your app?
A frozen screen on the Fitbit itself can usually be fixed by giving the Fitbit a restart:
Plug the Fitbit in to charge as usual, and while it is still plugged in and charging, press and hold the button for at least 8 seconds (if the Fitbit has become unresponsive sometimes you need to hold the button for much longer). It is important that it does not loose connection with the charging cradle while you are pressing the button.
Hopefully you will see a smiley face and feel a slight vibration and your Fitbit will restart and you will then be able to swipe through all the screens.
If the issue is with your Fitbit app, please delete the app and redownload it. You will not lose any data doing this, but do make sure that you know the email address you used to set up your Fitbit account, and the password.
