my tracker had issues synchronising, it hadn't synched since last night. i also noticed that it hasnt been tracking my heart rate for almost 2 weeks. it only showed my heartrate in rest.
i tried every step that is mentioned on the help list, but it still didnt wanna synch.
i logged out of the app, only to see that i cant log back in anymore. it keeps saying fitbit.com isnt available.
i removed the app and downloaded again. still the same problem. tried on wifi, tried on my network. nothing. i can log in on the browser.
its really weird, never had this issue. i have an samsung S6 and everything was updated.

I am having the same problem. Tried deleting app cut off phone, started up, downloaded app and still can't log in. I'm on a Motog phone. Help!!!
