I find it interesting that Fitbit will not replace a defective band. I have had this issue in the past and was able to get a replacement. Fitbit customer service leaves a lot to be desired! The band on my charge 2 doesn't stay connected to the end of the tracker. All I am asking is a replacement band and I get the run around every time I try to contact customer service whether it be through chat or phone...

Hi @Toothfairy83 the warranty period is one year (USA) or two years (some European countries) from date of purchase. If it's been replaced once, the warranty period is probably over if support can't help you. Read more about warranty specifics here - click to go there.
