charge 2 band not catching

This is my second fitbit and the second time I've had issues with the bands. My husband gave my charge 2 as a Christmas present in 2017. The band will not stay attached to the watch base on one end.  It does not seem to be 'latching' to the metal section. 

I'm not sure if it's the band latch or the part attached to the watch face.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 band not latching. Try pulling the metal tab to the outside to it better secures the tracker.
