charge 2 band

i have purchased 3 fitbits to date.  the band has broken each time.  the clasp at the side of the watch continues to break.

 

i call and your rep Fred says, nope can't help you.  I have no desire to purchase another watch from your company.

 

i take good care of my watch.  this is not right.

I don't expect this to change your opinion, but you can find a variety of third-party replacement bands on Amazon for very reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

thanks very much for taking the time to reply.  if this was the only incident I would not be perturbed.  but, it is the 3rd time, and the fitbit representative was quite rud and could care less.  I've purchase their products and referred family and clients. NO MORE. I found the experience distasteful.
