charge 2 does not buzz me to move every hour even tho turned on to notify me! Solutions?

Do you ever get these alerts?

 

Check the days of the week and hour range you have 'reminders to move' set up for.

I suppose you know how it works, but just in case, it should alert you at ten till the hour in the time range set up if you have not gotten 250 steps.  If you already have 250 step that hour. there will be no notification.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
