Plugged in to charge and it won't charge. Usually the low battery symbol shows up when I connect the charger, and now it is not. There is a message scrolling on the face that says www.fitbit.com/setup. When I go to setup the charge 2 is there and is set up. I have checked for updates. I have tried restarting. Still no change. Please help.

I fixed it. I removed the device from the account and added it again. It's working now. I have had this for 2 years and it has been set up correctly all that time.
