all of a sudden for the last week my charge 2 has stopped giving full details of sleep on my PC app. now just simplified info. first, the sleep was not analyzed at all for a couple of days; now just simplified data. is there a way to fix this? thx

It is probably because your heart rate monitor stopped working. I had the same thing happen starting 04/25/2020 and noticed a few days later that my heart rate was no longer being recorded starting that same day. I have tried everything everyone has suggested but nothing works. I am starting to think it's a bug with a recent update, maybe, because it was working just fine and everything else, but the heart rate and data related to my heart rate, is still working fine

I signed up for the new premium service offered two weeks ago and since then I have not received any detail sleep analysis. still get the simplified version, but have been getting detail info regularly until then. No Idea what Fitbit did to service. Have tried to reset Charge 2 , but still no luck. Sucks to pay for an upgrade and get less service/info. Seems like Fitbit is going in the wrong direction since purchase.

my sleep details have now appeared again as suddenly as they had disappeared! I'm guessing someone fixed something! Anyway, i'm glad to have the app working again. 😀

I’ve been experiencing the same issue for the past two weeks or so. I’ve been making sure that my watch is on snuggly when I go to bed. But it isn’t giving sleep details. Not sure what’s going on. I’ve also noticed that it’s become more intermittent even during the day and during workouts. Perhaps there was an update recently and there’s a glitch in it. Very frustrating.

i must have jinxed my fitbit by speaking too soon! it has started showing only simplified sleep again. Why do fitbits have to be so inconsistent in operation?!
